bnd software package provides tool to create and diagnose OSGi R4 bundles, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bnd
bnd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bnd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bnd *
You will get with bnd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
